Shipping & Returns



We are committed to our customers and we stand behind our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our products and items are in like-new condition, you may request for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of merchandise; typically within 3 to 5 business days.


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned items.


Qmediastore.com reserves the right to test the media or products for any defects. Only the defective media or products can be exchanged or refunded under the given guidelines.





  • Our preferred carrier is UPS. Free shipping items may be shipped by other carriers. 
  • We ship to U.S. delivery addresses to 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Orders received before 1:00PM PST, Monday-Friday, will be processed and shipped on the same day. All orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Please inquire within if rush processing is required.
  • Every customer is required to provide a valid physical address (UPS will not ship to PO box) and a valid telephone number in which Qmediastore.com and UPS can contact directly.
  • For fraud prevention purposes, Qmediastore may contact cardholders for additional verification.
  • Your tracking number will be emailed and updated on your account when available.
  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Qmediastore has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listing errors.
