Return/Exchange Policy
1. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
2. A
restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns unless the product is defective or
it satisfies the 100% guarantee commitment. Customers have to pay for the
shipping charge for all returned products unless there is a mistake during
Q-Media Store shipping or packaging process.
3. Qmediastore.com will not accept
returns or exchanges without a receipt or a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. For instructions on how to complete a return, please refer to the
section on "How to return the merchandises?” RMA numbers issued by
Qmediastore.com are good for 20 days only and product must be received by
Qmediastore.com within that time.
4. The
return package must contain
a. Original receipt of the purchase with Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number written on the receipt.
b. A complete copy of the RMA form.
c. The RMA numbers written visibly on the package.
Qmediastore.com reserves the right to
refuse any packages that doesn't satisfy the above requirement.
5. Hardware
Return Policy: In
order to receive a full refund on hardware products, all items must be in
"as-new" condition, in original factory-sealed container and with all
warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any missing items will result in
rejection of the return and/or an additional restocking fee.
6. Media
Return Policy:
Only new or unused products can be credited with full refund or exchange unless
the following:
- Opened products in resalable condition; and
- Failed discs or defective products satisfy the 100% Guarantee Commitment*
such as the House Brand or Generic products.
Qmediastore.com reserves the right to test the media or products for any
defects. Only the defective media or products can be exchanged or refunded.
*100% Guarantee Commitment: Only applicable to the Generic or
House Brand media. A full refund or credit towards exchange may be extended on
the media products as a result of incompatibility issue or product defect.
Qmediastore.com reserves the right to examine the returned items prior to
issuance of full/partial refund or credit towards exchange. The 100% Guarantee
Commitment is valid within 60 days of the purchase.
7. How
to return the merchandises?
The following includes the step-by-step process on how to return for a refund
or a exchange:
1. Please fill in the RMA form (downloadable from below).
2. Contact Qmediastore.com through phone, e-mail or fax to request an RMA
number. Valid reason must be given in order to receive the number.

8. All
returns must be sent via a reputable courier that issues a tracking number.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return
shipments.
WARRANTY
POLICY
All of our hardware products, unless otherwise stated, carry a one-year
warranty period commencing on the original invoice date. Warranties on brand
name CD-R and DVD-R are covered by the original manufacturers. Please contact
the respective manufacturers directly for warranty details. These brand name
manufacturers include Ritek, Prodisc and Taiyo Yuden. Warranty on our Generic
or House Brand media is covered by the 100% Guarantee Commitment* (see Return/Exchange
Policy Section #6). Product returns without a valid RMA number will not be
accepted by QTCCDR.com. To request for a RMA number, refer to Return/Exchange
Policy and How to Obtain a RMA Number for further detail.
SHIPPING
Our preferred choice of carrier is UPS. You have the option to use UPS Ground,
Next Day Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select delivery services. The
delivery time depends on UPS. Most orders, subject to inventory
availability, received before 12:00pm PST, Mon-Fri, will be processed and
shipped within 24 hours. Orders received after this cut-off time will be
processed in the next business day. Most of our packages are shipped out on
the same day when the order is received. Please call Qmediastore.com if
rush processing is required. We will try our best to fulfill your request.
Every customer is required to provide a valid physical address (UPS will not ship to PO box) and a valid telephone number in
which Qmediastore.com and UPS can contact. To insure quality service,
Qmediastore.com will contact any customers whose order is shipped out to an
address different than that of the billing address. This is a measure taken to
combat against false identities providers.
SHIPPING STATUS
For every order, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to the
address the customers provided. Please check the email for the tracking number
and then enter the tracking number using our website to check on the status of
current shipment process.
INVENTORY STATUS
We do not sell back ordered products. What we listed on our website is what we
have in stock. If a particular item is out of stock, an out of stock sign will
be placed on the website and all new orders for this product will be denied.
However, if customers ordered already, and the item is found to be out of
stock, Qmediastore.com will contact the customers so any change can be
modified.
ORDER METHODS
Qmediastore.com accepts all major credit cards including Master Card, VISA,
Discover/Novus, American Express and PayPal.com. International credit card or
shipment will not be accepted. Please make sure your name on the billing
address is the same as the name on the credit card. We will contact the
customers whose billing name and credit card name are different. This is a
measure taken to combat false identities providers.

Qmedaistore.com provides a safe and secured online ordering system to our
customers through a secured server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced
encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is
transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. Your credit card will
only be charged upon shipment of your order.In addition, your credit card
information is encrypted by Verisign and is confidential from Qmediastore.com
and any other people who want to access it.
- Phone Orders
We currently cannot take any phone order due to heavy volume of calls. Please
send us your order through email or fax or using our website.
- FAX Orders
Just fill out our online order form, print out the order and then fax it to
